We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join a team in Foothill Ranch CA. This is covering for a leave and is a short term contract role that could end in Janurary 2027. They are looking for someone tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping customers and solving problems.

? Customer support & troubleshooting experience

? Process invoices and customer orders

? Communicate with customers regarding payments and invoices

? Track and document customer issues accurately

? Administrative support as needed

We're looking for someone with:
